We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Before returning any unused items, please contact us or by calling 321-223-2019 to get a Return Authorization Number (RMA). This RMA will help us track your return and shipment of a replacement upon receipt of the returned merchandise. All returns must be made with 10 days of the delivery date and the merchandise must be unused and in “new” condition in its original packing material for resale. All shipping charges will be at the buyer’s expense. If there is a problem with any NuWave merchandise, please contact us immediately and provide as much details as possible along with pictures. We will work with you to find the best solution. Refunds will only be given as credit toward another NuWave purchase.
